Eligibility

• The referred candidate must be new to Rekruyt’s database or must not have been contacted by Rekruyt in the past 6 months.

• If the same candidate is referred by multiple individuals, only the first referrer will qualify for the reward.

Referral Submission Process

• You must gain express permission from the referred candidate before sharing their contact information with Rekruyt.

• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral channel (e.g., email, online form, etc.) with the candidate’s full name, contact details, and resume.

• You will receive an official email confirmation from Rekruyt acknowledging that your referral has been accepted into the program. This email serves as proof of your participation.

Qualifying Referrals

• A referral will only qualify if the referred candidate is successfully placed in a role by Rekruyt within 6 months of the referral date.

• The referred candidate must remain employed in the role for a minimum of 6 months at the company they have been placed in (the client) for the referral reward to be paid.

Referral Rewards

• First Successful Referral: You will receive a reward of RM 500 in vouchers.

• Subsequent Successful Referrals: You will receive a reward of RM 1,000 in vouchers for each additional referral.

• Rewards will be paid within 2 months after the referred candidate successfully completes their probation period at the company they have been placed in (the client), subject to the fulfillment of all contractual agreements (receiving payment) between Rekruyt and the client.

Email Confirmation and Payment Conditions

• Eligibility for the referral reward is contingent upon receiving an official email confirmation from Rekruyt. This email will confirm:

  • Your referral has been successfully registered in the program.

  • The referred candidate has been placed in a role through Rekruyt.

• If you do not receive an email confirmation, your referral will not be considered valid, and no reward will be issued.

• It is your responsibility to ensure that the email address provided during the referral process is accurate and active. Rekruyt is not responsible for missed emails due to incorrect or inactive email addresses.

Fraud Prevention

• Rekruyt reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any referrals that appear to be fraudulent, collusive, or in violation of these terms.

Confidentiality

• All information provided about the referred candidate will be treated as confidential and used solely for recruitment purposes.

Program Modifications and Termination

• Rekruyt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect referrals made prior to the modification or termination date.

Dispute Resolution

• In the event of a dispute regarding the eligibility of a referral or reward, the decision of Rekruyt will be final and binding.

Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the referral program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
